Loved having this on my trip to Japan!

The device works very well. Even though we had a problem with it at one point the company replaced it with another one the same day. The new one was delivered to our hotel.

I picked up my packet at the airport and was able to drop it off at the post office at the airport on my return. Super convenient and affordable and helped me have Wi-Fi during my entire trip in Japan!

I did a research before trying Japan-wireless, but this one seemed to be the best option. I do now confirm that is true. It’s very simple to pay, get and start using it. No need to read a manual or something; and also simple to return, that i did on same airport, using a Mail box. The price was also fair, the speed conn was great. I had a great experience using the pocket Wi-Fi, instead do trying to connect on every free Wi-Fi around Japan.
