This was a life saver while I was traveling. I always had access to Google Maps (which I used for the subway system). Was delivered to my hotel before I arrived. Great service! Highly recommend!

Having this personal wi-fi while I was traveling in Japan was like my life line, to be able to access the internet without having to sign in every time I left a train station or hotel made my life so much stress free. I appreciated having the mobile battery pack and cord to use when I needed to recharge my phone and the wi-fi. It was so easy to return with the self address mailer, I was able to drop it off at the post office across the street from my hotel.

Everything went perfectly. We picked up and dropped off the WiFi at different locations. It was easy and convenient.

We rented this for a 1 week trip in Tokyo. Easy pickup from the post office in Narita airport terminal. The workers knew we were there to pickup a Wi-Fi unit without us even saying anything haha. The coverage was great and we had no problems with the Wi-Fi unit itself. Definitely carry the battery pack that is included with you. The Wi-Fi seemed to get us through about half the day of full usage before the battery died and the battery pack charged it fully and still had some juice left over. Easy to drop off when we left and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be renting this again next time I'm in Japan!

Reasonably priced rates, reliable, convenient delivery. I was pleased with the timing of delivery, it was waiting at our hotel at check-in, having arrived the day before. Wi-fi coverage is reliable and was always on where ever we were. Also convenient drop-off. I will definitely rent again and I highly recommend to others

Works Great! My wife, daughter,and I visited Tokyo and Kyoto. We used are phones with the wifi and used Google maps to get around and to help us with the train system. They give you an extra battery, but we didn't need it. But nice to have in case we did.
