Súper fácil de usar, lo pedimos para recibirlo en el hotel y al hacer el check in nos lo entregaron sin problemas.
Te viene con unas instrucciones muy sencillas y se conecta súper rápido. Además, incluye una powerbank por si te quedas sin batería y no tienes donde cargarlo (aunque no nos hizo falta ningún día) y un sobre para que puedas devolverlo en cualquier buzón. Nosotros lo dejamos en el buzón del aeropuerto.
En ningún momento nos quedamos sin conexión ni tuvimos ningún problema.
En definitiva, recomendable al 100%!

First class service as 1st device was not working and was replaced without question immediately. Overall very good value and would highly recommend.

We ordered it on the internet from our home in France and picked it up at the post office. We had great bandwidth for our telephones and iPads wherever we went went. The battery lasted all day and sometimes even two. Dropped it at the airport mailbox in a prepaid envelope. Very easy.

I recommend this product for anyone going into Japan. The product was delivered directly to our hotel and we just drop off at the airport. It takes only 5 minutes.
The product work greats during all the travel even in an intense usage. All was given by Japan Wireless included Power Charge, Wires, etc.
