Very realible and good condition gadget...i am always use Japan Wireless if i went in japan

We used the wifi unit for 15 days. It provided smooth operation within the period. Even at remote places in Nikko area, there was no connectivity problem.

Super easy and fun. Pick up at hotel front desk, put in mail to return.

This is the first time that I have ever used a Pocket WiFi. I learned about them from some friends as my wife & I were going to Japan & meeting some relatives who had no WiFi & we needed to use Google Translator as our Japanese is very poor. The unit was at our hotel when we arrived & it worked wonderfully everywhere. We just put it in our knapsack or pocket. It came with a charger, extra battery & a self addressed'stamped envelope to return it. We will use them in our future travels. Very pleased users. Henry & Christine
