I've enjoyed my time in Japan and Pocket WiFi made my trip even more pleasant! It worked everywhere, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and even by Mt. Fuji! The battery lasted for almost 8 hours and provided power bank made it possible to use pocket WiFi all day long.

Very reliable and good speeds, easily streamed HD Netflix/Amazon prime series on iPad. Highly recommended.

After reading reviews on portable Wi-fi, I opted for japan wireless, and I have to say it worked brilliantly.
We travelled around different parts of japan, and the coverage was excellent, even in the depths of the subway.
I also found it good value for money at about £5 per day over my 10 day trip.
Had it delivered to my first hotel for ease and supplied with large envelope, so just pop in post at airport on way home.

Rented the pocket wifi for 7 days. Easy pick up from their location at HND airport. They contract a company with a booth at the airport. Just show your passport and confirmation number they email to you after you confirm your payment online. Easy to set up and start using. Clear instructions come with the package. In the package contains the return pouch, pocket wifi, battery pack to charge on the go and your charging cord. First time using this service and I was really satisfied. Got called back to work in the states on my 3rd day in Japan. Emailed customer service about returning the devices early and they responded in less than 24 hours. Quick and speedy service. We were advised to return the unit in a drop off box at the airport. The drop off box was on the same level as check in just have to look for red mailbox. Within a week they refunded the days I did not use. Bravo! I will use this service from now on every time I travel to Japan. I highly recommend this service. We used it every in Japan and it worked around the clock.

Easy to use, unlimited wifi for a fair price. Definitely recommend it, because you need internet for maps and train schedules.
