Was easy to pick-up and use. Wi-Fi worked very well.

The wifi worked great for my 2 week trip. Very easy to use, pretty long battery life and in case the battery did get low it came with a portable one. Highly recommend it.

My experience with Japan Wireless was great. It was delivered on time, simple set up, and great performance. Getting an extension to my rental was smooth as well. Only improvement I can think of is a confirmation email when the unit is returned and received. I would use this service again. :)
