It was convenient to order such a great pocket wifi. There was lots of communication with easy to understand directions and expectations. The wifi was always very fast and reliable for both of us. My boyfriend's US calls were coming in nice and clear. The price was very reasonable. It had a pretty good battery life, it lasted on a full charge every day until the end of our day when we got back to the hotel, then I would charge it up. I appreciate that this rental included a power bank which would come in handy if I needed it. It was easy to pick up from Ninja Wifi upstairs 3rd floor of Terminal 3, and we arrived in the evening so we appreciate they stay open late until 11p. It was very easy to set up and we had no issues staying connected wherever we went between Tokyo and Kyoto area. The internet was fast and strong. We appreciate what a great, affordable and reliable experience this was, and that it was very easy to return at the post box at Haneda Terminal 3. I highly recommend Japan Wireless wifi and will rent this again!

I had to hire a pocket wifi as my phone could not do eSim. After looking around I settled for Japan Wireless and it was fantastic. I never lost connection during the whole trip and was even staying connected even in the Subway system and the battery life is long, I never used the power bank they send you with it the whole trip. I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Japan to use this super little gadget.
