Very reliable and easy to use pocket wifi, a must to when you visit a new place.
It is more cheaper to get pocket wifi than using your regular phone data from your country.

This service was recommended from a travel tips facebook group and it was amazing! So cost effective, the devise was handed to me when I checked it. We never needed the back up power pack that was supplied as the main powerpack never ran out - and we used it again. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone.

Very convenient and good

I ordered the pocket wifi one month before my arrival. I went to the desk at Haneda to pick it and receive an envelope with all inside (wifi+cable+power bank). The internet was really fast. The pocket wifi could last up to 8 hours of intensive use. Thanks to the power bank, it could last even more than twice as long. It was really practical. I didn't encounter any daily data limits despite my continuous use. At the end of my stay, I mailed the return letter provided and everything went very smoothly.

I was in Japan for 3 weeks and this pocket wifi worked great!! It worked exactly as advertised- unlimited data with no throttle. It was quite convenient. However, the battery life could be better. We made it through the day with the help of the power bank, but I expected more from the device battery. Don’t forget to charge at night. It loses a lot of battery while idling. It will be dead by morning if it is not plugged in.

Easy to pick up from the airport. Quick setup and excellent service across the country. Had no issues with drop outs and the free power-bank made it so I could maintain the battery though out my entire days out. Meant more time to enjoy Japan at its fullest! I am going back again soon and will definitely be using this service again. :)

Everything was perfect

We were trip in japan with my family, 5 people including me and this pocket wifi was perfect. It was very useful especially walking around the city and purchase something, cause we dont know japanese so we always use translate and google and maps. Not too slow and it’s actually fast and the best thing was portable and lightweight. If we have another trip to Japan definitely use this pocket wifi.
