Used this mini WiFi while traveling in Japan for five weeks for business. Worked fantastic from Tokyo to Osaka. Never an issue. Will definitely use Japan wireless on my next trip.

Pick up and delivery were as easy as possible. The WiFi worked everywhere and the power bank made it possible to run around all day until late at night without any issues. We were a family of 4 traveling together.

I will use Japan Wireless again next time I visit! It was so easy and good value.

Excellent service, device worked perfectly

The process of ordering was easy, a had a lot of options of receivable upon my arrival in Tokyo. The equipment was very dependable, the 5G was excellent and we could connect up to 10 devices so it’s value for money! The instruction for set up were very simple, you just connect the same way as you do with any wifi network. And of course returning it was equally easy and simple, all was already set up for me, instructions were clear, and the post boxes were all around city so it was very convenient.
All in all great experience, if you plan on traveling with a small group, this is an excellent solution for you.

Oocket wifi is a good thing for travelers in Japan.
Ours was defect, therefore we could not use it the first 4 days, while in Okinawa, but yet paid for it. Despite that, the support was outstanding and very responsive. We received a replacement device in Hiroshima. This worked perfect during the rest of our stay in Japan. Pocket wifi is a good thing at a reasonable price. Sure would order it again, if we're coming to Japan.
