The pocket works good

Having never been to Japan before I was cautious about which company and deal to use when choosing pocket wifi. I was very impressed with japan-wireless! Communication from when I booked was great and collecting from Haneda airport was so easy. The dongle never gave us any issues at all (6 of us connecting at all times) and there was no loss of signal anywhere during our trip. Im planning on coming back to Japan next year and will definitely be using Japan-Wireless again.

The service is very good, in all place of japan

We hired two pocket wi-fi’s, as a family of four with two teenage children.

We liked the fixed cost and unlimited data; we didn’t have to worry about purchasing more data. One pocket wi-fi would’ve covered the whole family, but we used two so we could do separate activities.

We would fully charge them overnight and they would last all day having to charge them again.

There is free wi-fi everywhere in Japan, but we preferred the security of always having wi-fi on us; especially with a language barrier.

Would use again if we return to Japan.

My family went to Japan for a visit and all of us were connected to the Japan wireless pocket wifi. Signal is strong even when we were in Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kobe. I asked that the unit be delivered to my daughters dorm and it was delivered the day before I arrived. So convinient to return as I placed it on the mailbox in the airport. Would use again the pocket wifi on my next trip to Japan

I used the long-term rental plan, and the device itself worked well throughout the ~2 years I had it. Sometimes when the wifi wasn't connecting, I had to turn it on and off again, and that would do the trick. The cord and plug were a bit weak, so would take a bit of time to charge. But otherwise, worked well!
