Overall very good, fast and good signal aside from 2 areas where the signal kept dropping but those areas were a little more rural. Only downside is that the power bank that the WiFi came with didn't work and neither did the cable. Luckily we had our own.

I ordered in the uk, it was waiting for me at the hotel, made our stay in Japan so much easier and so simple to post back at the airport

The Kiosk was a little confusing to find at Haneda Airport.
The Pocket WiFi was easy to connect to and worked flawlessly for while we visited Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto and Osaka. The Mail Drop off was convenient and easy. Would recommend Japan-Wireless for a dependable Pocket WiFi.

It was really convenient for both pick-up and return, and I love how they solve the problem promptly. Really appreciate their efforts. It’s easy to use and coverage is good. Works great for my remote work. The only downside is the battery die rather fast but they do provide a power bank.
