Easy to order/use/return, worked without any mistake, not expensive - would order it again for 3 weeks traveling around Japan

I picked up and dropped off my device from Haneda airport, which enabled me to use a secure wi-fi during my entire stay in Japan. My phone died halfway thru our vacation, but I was able to use my wife's iPad as a backup. Highly recommended especially if you have multiple devices.

have rented 4 or 5 times. so easy and great value. if you are visiting Tokyo you need pocket wifi. don't rely on your travel cell coverage.

I’ve used another company several times but I enjoyed using Japan-wireless for the first time. This pocket wifi is great due to EASE of ordering, payment, delivery and return procedures. PLUS it had lasting use and I actually for the first time, never used the external battery. I’ll be ordering again for a March trip!

Used the device from October 24th to November 6th. The device worked well with good coverage, no issue good product. The only suggestion on improvement is to have a better Pick Up location Map at KIX airport, i required help from a kind policeman to find the booth at the end. Thank you.

Had the device for a bit over a week. Did lose connection in basement subway stations, but I guess that is expected. I chose airport pick up/post box drop off method. Very easy process since it’s all done at the airport. Overall good connection, and does the job.
