My husband and I spent 3 weeks in Japan recently and picked up a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless in the Haneda Airport when we landed. The wifi worked beautifully and the charge lasted the whole day with the exception of one or two times when we had to plug it into the portable battery. We were both able to access wifi the whole trip. The price was really reasonable compared to us using our ATT daily international plan. We would absolutely use their service again when we return to Japan!

Very easy to order and to receive at your hotel on arrival. Easy to set up and connect with several iPhones and iPads. I have used it for 4 weeks and it works very well. A very good option to stay connected during a stay in Japan.

The order and pick-up process was very seamless. It took about 1 minute to pick it up from Terminal 2 at Narita airport.
Only slight challenge was getting directions on how to return the item which wasn't just returning to the actual counter you picked it up from. Will definitely order again. Thanks very much

I had the access point delivered to the airport.
Upon delivery you just show your passport and they give you an envelope with the device inside, a powerbank with cable, and the envelope to return the product.
To use it all you have to do is turn it on, connect via WiFi your smartphone to the access point, and enter as password the one shown on the screen.
Very good battery life, you can rely on at least 9/10h of use, and if it really becomes necessary you can use the powerbank that comes with it.
Very easy return, just reinsert everything inside the envelope they give you and stick the package in a mailbox, you can even find some at the airport.
Overall great product, when I go back to Japan I will use the same service.
