We encountered no problems with the product. We were always confident that even with heavy usage, Japan wireless provided us with the backup battery power source, if needed.

Our first WiFi device battery only lasted one hour on a full charge so we contacted Japan Wireless and they sent a replacement next day. New unit battery lasted all day, good WiFi reception in Tokyo and travel to Matsumoto. We shared one WiFi device with 3 phones. Great service at a very reasonable price.

Easy pick-up. Device fully charged and had efficient power. Lasted for the entire day without having to recharge. Very good connection and sustained 3 users quite well all throughout our 6-day stay in Fukuoka. Convenient return via post box in the airport. Will definitely avail again in our next Japan Trip.
