Price is a bit more than some, but the convenience was excellent. They delivered it direct to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I checked-in. Connectivity was great and didn't let me down. Unlimited data was provided. So there was no lag. Having a backup battery was great as well. None of it was large or heavy. I was able to store it in my side pack easily. I would rent this again.

Very dependable during my family's vacation. It was my BFF as we really didn't get lost as we're online all the time to access our navigation and translation apps.

The wifi worked perfectly well. In addition, the customer service was very efficient: When I noticed on the first day that the cord of the charger was damaged, I contacted Japan Wireless and they sent me a whole new set the following day.
