Thank you for the service and the clear instructions. We had it shipped to our hotel so when we checked in at 10pm - it was there! We were able to have wifi throughout the 10 day trip. Easy drop off at the airport was an added bonus!

Usage and Return step

very simple registion, everywhere i visited I had smooth internet, it is very comfortable, experience, after using place it in an envelope before takeriff and drop it in mailbox.

This was a game changer, I wish I could get this in every country we travel to. Only negative is the short battery life, but there is a spare so it was never a problem.

This was our 3rd time renting the pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Easy process to book, pick up, and return the device. We would rent it again.

Excellent product and customer service

Being an android user with no option for an e-sim yet, this has been my best friend on my recent 15 day trip Sapporo - Tokyo trip.
Easy to claim, and easy to return.
The only thing it could improve on would be the battery span of the device itself - however, there is a battery pack provided in the whole kit so no worries.

I also appreciate that I am informed right away when the device was received upon return.
