Great product and service. If we didn't get this, we probably would have had a different experience for our first visit to Japan. Being able to ise our navigation, language translating and currency exchange apps made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress free.

Wifi are fast and stable. Coverage are everywhere. Easy to pick up and return. Good value and definitely will get it again when I back to Japan.

It was helpful to have wifi available all of the time to navigate in different parts of Japan, especially in some of the smaller towns!

Picked up at Narita Terminal 2 post office (I didn't think to look up the terminal map so finding the post office was the hardest thing about the process. It's located in the 3rd floor of the International Departure Lobby ... ticketing/check-in area towards column A). Pick up was easy and once connected, the speed was as fast as my Xfinity connection back home. The included battery pack made sure we were connected the whole day and connection was speedy pretty much everywhere we went (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Lake Kawaguchi). Charge both hotspot and battery pack overnight and you're ready for another full day of wandering. Great service for a great price!!

The included power bank won't charge my phone but everything else is good.
