Super easy to use. Just turn it in and connect all your devices. We would have been totally lost without it. Used it all day every day to access Google maps and navigate which bus, subway, train, station, etc we were going to.

I had this little device for 2 weeks in Japan and it is a must have for any traveller. Easy to use and so helpful. Reception works basically everywhere so you're always connected; very useful for translations. Battery has a good life of about 10hours a day and the supplied battery pack expand this easily for another full day. Highly recommend!

I had no trouble using anywhere in the major cities, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka. Even on the road in the remote areas as well. I would use it again next time we are in Japan

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with your pocket WiFi. Very handy to use. Plus we had a smooth transaction in collecting and dropping the Wifi from the post.

Worked wonderfully! Two people were connected all day and we didn’t need to use a battery until dinner time. I don’t know how we would have managed without it — having access to maps, etc.
