The device never faltered. The extra battery ensured all day connectivity. The pick-up and return process was very easy. A must have when traveling in Japan.

At times it can be difficult to communicate with customer service because only email is available, but overall this is a good and convenient service. The router itself is light and functional.

Using the Premium Wi-Fi was awesomely good. We picked it up at the Narita Airport with no issues or problems. We fired it up while waiting for our bus to Yokohama and it always worked for us. Thanks.
