Very good product and functional except sometimes the connection was bad in Chiba. Of course we will recommend it to others .

Overall, the internet connection was stable and extremely good during our trip. With the additional power bank given, you don’t need to worry about running out of battery during the day. Highly recommend for using this wifi rental service during your trip in Japan

The product functioned well and suited my needs but the speed was never 187 mbps. It was on average 50 mbps or less. But alas it worked well and would recommend to others.

Despite a misunderstanding about the pick up day, I really appreciated the customer care and the really efficient device. It was very useful to have the best wifi during our trip in Japan. I would recommend to book it as in advance as you can. Thanks

We visited Japan and had this WIFI box, leads and at no extra charge, a spare battery which is a must when out all day using maps, we would highly recommend this unlimited internet access. No problems at all setting it up as the code number is on the WIFI box itself, so you can really ignore the leaflet which is sent with it. You can collect it from Narita or other airports in Japan or have it posted to a hotel of your choice and when you finish your holiday, just pop it back in a pre paid postage bag they send you free of charge. Couldn’t be easier.
