Easy to setup and use. Worked perfectly in the locations I went to - Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto. Good to use with the JW's SIM cards so all the family's smartphones - Google Pixel 2 and iPhone 7 - could keep in touch.

Pick up from the airport was straight forward, and was easy to set up and get connected. I tend to use a lot of data for streaming videos, and planning routes for the day and I had no problems, it worked better than most hotel WiFi. Would use again

Very good product. Support was fast . Drop off was easy. Always worked everywhere. I would have been lost without this. The only thing I would have liked was a follow up to let me know they recieved the returned item. An email.

It was great having this along my solo trip to Japan, I pretty much have the pocket wifi on the entire time I backpacked Japan, didn't have any issues with connection anywhere I went (Osaka, Kyoto, & Tokyo)....package also came with a portable power bank. A must have!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Japan Wireless are super efficient. I had it delivered to my first hotel and posted it back from my last hotel.
Never needed the spare power pack but felt more confident with it.
Having Google maps on hand saves so much time and eliminates frustration.
