Pocket WiFi was problem free; preferred using the pocket WiFi rather than the slower “free WiFi” services advertised at many malls, hotels, and restaurants. Having device delivered to our hotel, we received it upon checking in to our room, and began using it immediately! Device was especially useful while using google map app and translation apps. This was my 5th trip to Japan since retiring and my 4th with Japan-Wireless pocket WiFi’s. I regretfully used a competitor on my 4th, but failed to note that there was a limit to data use. Once reached, my download speed dropped significantly to the point of it being rather useless! Lesson learned. I will always use Japan-Wireless! Everything is provided: charger, usb cable, case, spare battery charging unit, & return mail envelope. Very convenient!
