We picked it up at the airport no problem and posted it back from outside Tokyo again no problem. Self addressed envelope so no looking for stamps etc. Would highly recommend this product especially when you don't have the language and need directions!!

Used for a little over two weeks with no problems. Service was fantastic after a mix up with our landing location (our fault), was delivered to our hotel within hours.

Pocket WiFi works wonderfully. Battery does die quick, but thankfully it comes with a backup battery. This is the second time I buy a pocket WiFi with Japan Wireless. Their customer service is great! Performed as well as advertised for a family of 4. Would recommend to all people interested.

Worked great. Battery was actually able to last all day with 3 phones connected. It had great speed. I wasn't able to tell a difference between it and my phone at home. I also didn't run into any areas where it didn't work and I did go off the beaten path a little bit.
