Excellent service, really love it! Totally excede my expectations

This is the second time i have ordered the pocket Wifi. The pick up and return system is really convenient and i had no issues with speed or coverage.

The quality of the internet wifi was better than some hotel that me and my famaly stayed in Japan! Thank you Japan Wireless! It worth each penny!

The online ordering process was quick and efficient. The speed and coverage of the WIFI was excellent.
The return process was just as convenient with a pre-address envelope included.
I would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Easy to set-up and use.

The product and service were great except for the fact that the shipping address was wrong and I had to track down the package myself. Not sure why that happened since I enter everything right. But they refunded me for the days I couldn't use with no issues. Everything else was perfect.

Great experience with the product, the shipping, the all pricing. But battery time is not 10 hours as advertised, meaning we often turned the device off and on throughout the day to make it until we got back to the hotel (and a charger)

It was good. Only oroblem was provided charger was a little bent. But ultimately it worked

Worked like a charm! Two weeks in Japan and we had no issues with the WiFi.
We would recommend Japan Wireless and we will use it again when we return to Japan someday.

It worked amazingly during the whole two weeks we were in Japan, travelling around in big cities and mountains.
