Pickup at Haneda Airport was quick and easy, return via any mailbox. Reception was excellent all over Tokyo. The battery lasted all day even without the complementary backup power bank. We used it with up to four attached devices, no problems.

Not any issue with the devices. Small enough to be transported in pockets.

Great product work perfectly. If you are going to Japan this WiFi device is a must. It worked great even in the small towns in the mountains.
