i was the only one that went with japan wireless my last trip. my wifi was the only one to last the whole day everyday that we were there. japan wireless is the only place i would go for my hotspot needs!!! A++++++

Easy and fast pick-up and return via post7mail.
Fast and easy connection to the pocket wifi. Lasts about a trip day. Were connected at all times.

December 2022. Rental for 2 weeks on premium wifi package. Picked up our 2 mobile routers from the post office with instructions in the package @ the Post Office at New Chitose Airport, Hokkaido. Everything is thought of. There is a Japanese AC adaptor with USB-A output as well as the USB-A to USB-C cable for charging. There is a battery power pack for extended use. It all comes in a small convenient zip up bag. The routers worked perfectly around Sapporo, Otaru, Kutchan, Niseko, Kiroro and Rusutsu Snow resorts. We drove around the resorts and it provided awesome coverage. Kids were streaming without issues. A prepaid large cardboard envelope was provided in the initial delivery package for return of the units via post at New Chitose Airport. A local Japanese number is available for contact (provided in email) if there are issues. Totally seamless service and would recommend them (in fact already have) to anyone travelling to Japan.

Ordered the premium pocket wifi.
It worked perfectly during our 21 days in Japan.
