I travel to Japan frequently and I loved how easy using Japan wireless was. You just book online and pick it up at the airport. Then to return, you throw it in the mail box with the package they provide. I will continue using Japan wireless!

I've rented from Japan Wireless a couple times now and each time has been hassle free. Pick up and return is simple and data is consistent. It even comes with a battery pack for on-the-go charging. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Japan.

I've used Japan wireless many times. The service is good, I will most likely use it again, but it definitely isn't cheap (daily rate) . I was lucky to find a promotion code online which helped.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless. Not only is it an affordable solution to not adding a data plan to your cellphone service but the customer service is excellent. I messed up the date of pickup and would not be able to pickup the pocket wifi on the date I originally stated in my order and instead of me having to go back to the airport the next day to pick it up, they had it sent to my hotel right away. Arigatou gozaimasu!
