Very easy and convenient

The best investment you can make before visiting Japan. We had always reliable access to the internet. Even in Subway stations we had perfect WiFi and could easily look up the next train.

I have been ordering pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for years! It’s so easy to order and have delivered to my hotel. No need to wait in airport lines. On my recent visit, i was surprised they had new equipment. I rarely used the power pack they send with the pocket wifi.

Wi-fi coverage was good throughout and the portable battery was a godsend as we spend at 13-14 hours outdoors.

Trouble-free collection at Haneda airport and return via post box (with provided self-paid envelope)

T was waiting at the hotel as agreed for delivery. It was very easy to connect up to. I never had any issues at all. posting back to the company was ver easy too. I would recommend this.

battery life was great, in 3 weeks I think I only needed to charge on - the-go once. My husband and I both used this - if you stay together - it works great. Was able to email, and google navigate the whole trip
