For my first trip to Japan I was concerned about my cell phone speed so I rented a portable Wi-Fi. This was so easy to arrange and use. Once I was done with the Wi-Fi I could just drop it off at the post box in the airport. 10/10 would rent from this company again

We loved this device which worked even in areas where we wouldn't expect it to, like underground on the metro. The battery doesn't quite last a full day though, although very nearly, and the external powerpack it came with seemed pretty useless. So great as long as you top up the power with your own powerpack or mains power at some point in the day.

We were glad to have this option. It was affordable, reliable and easy. Thank you.

My experience with Japan Wireless was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My wifi was at the hotel when I arrived. Easily connected within a few moments- to the kids relief! I was never without wifi and it made the trip that much nicer to know we could always find our way and translate quickly. Very satisfied customer, and if returning to Japan will definitely use these guys again. Thanks for making our trip outstanding!

As the title says, good option for mobile internet, barely any downtime. I would've liked it more if the features for the pocket wifi was avaliable in phone sim form so I don't have to carry another device around.

Great Wi-Fi service for our family of 4 travels throughout Osaka, Kyoto, Hemiji and Kobe. No issues with device or service. Opted for pick-up from airport. Quick and easy. Drop off in mail box for device return. Battery lasts whole day and comes with complementary powerbank. Highly recommended!
