Did not have an issue when we were in Japan. I would definitely rent this again on our next trip to Japan!

El resto del viaje de 15 días su funcionamiento fue excelente conectando a alta velocidad 4 dispositivos sin problemas. ABSOLUTAMENTE NECESARIO. El precio con un cupón de descuento totalmente imbatible.

very useful to have while travelling around Tokyo. Very convenient drop of location. The only negative is that the collection of the wireless internet is up to about 11pm from Tokyo-Haneda counter. Had to come back to the airport the following day as my flight arrived in Tokyo at 12.30am. Hopefully they can have a 24h collection from the airport instead.
