Easy pickup and drop off and worked flawlessly. Made sense for our family and would definitely use again

Service was excellent.

Unit was waiting for us as we checked into our hotel, we took it to multiple cities, I was impressed by how often it had a signal and had great speeds.

The internet never lost signal in Tokyo, the battery pack kept it alive all day and it was fast enough for what ever I needed. Totally worth it. The language translator though is super confusing and I never figured it out so I would recommend the company adding instructions to it.

The wifi tho was awesome

Very reliable, the data is strong even while in a moving train. This is my go to device whenever I'm in Tokyo and Osaka.

Worked well 90% of the time.

I was able to use the service 98% of the time, but there are instances that i need to restart the unit because it only has 3g connection, other than that connection is very good and fast

Pocket wifi was convenient for our whole family to connect when we were out and about in Japan

The pocket wifi was fantastic! We were everywhere - Tokyo, Takayama, Kanazawa, Kyoto. It never failed. Battery charge lasted a really long time too. Great product. Will definitely use again.
