Pocket wifi with Japan Wireless was a good experience during my visit to and traveling around Japan. Signal quality was almost always good as were service speeds even when traveling. Compared to some of the other similar services, Japan Wireless had very competitive rates and beat most of the other options. When paired with the speeds and coverage provided, it is a clear winner for this type of service. Package was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and it was very easy to return everything in the provided envelope by dropping it into a post box at the airport before departure. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Was 99.9% always connected and battery life was good. Bank served good back up. Speed phenomenal for price… would recommend. Only thing is remembering to return in package when days are busy and going in group tour…. 😅

The product was great! We got it straight from the airport when we arrived and left it in an airport post box when leaving. It was very easy to use and well worth the money, because we used well ober 50gb of data with my partner. That would have cost a lot more if we would have bought some kind of data packets from our home country's operator. There was a power bank that came with it but we never had to use it. We always charged the pocket wifi during the night (from about midnight to 7 am) and it easily lasted the whole day. I definitely reccommend and we will absolutely be using this service again next time that we visit Japan!
