Such a hassle-free service, they deliver straight to your hotel and can just drop the device in postal dropbox in Airport before entering boarding gates. Prefer this over using a Sim since data drains my phone battery too fast & I hate having to keep my phone plugged in powerbanks while using. Used this both in Tokyo & Osaka with no issues, free powerbank came in very handy. Would definitely recommend!

It was really convenient to have internet straight away after we landed making our journey go smoothly.

Everything about this was fantastic. The website was clear and easy to book. Pick up and drop off was no problem. I connected 2 devices to the WiFi and had no issues at all. We do scroll social media and had no issues with speed. I charged it every time we were in the hotel, and we never ran out of battery (and we didn't need the power bank, but was good to have). Portable WiFi made navigating Japan so easy, I wonder why its not a 'thing' in other parts of the world x

Simple to use. Very efficent service

We used this on our two person holiday and it was a cost effective way of staying on line for a couple of weeks. Reception and speed was good and its small unit that fitted in a bag, or pocket. It easily lasted all day, but you get a battery to back you up.

It was delivered to our hotel, and we popped it in the post at the airport when we left.

Loved the ease of acquiring the device- sent straight to hotel room.
Signal was pretty reliable most of the time, there were times the unit disconnected from our phones and caused a bit of a hassle.

From our arrival to Haneda Airport, the process to collect and get the pocketwifi to work was smooth.
The station for the pick-up was easy to find and during our 3 weeks trip, the utilisation was perfect. The long lasting battery was helpful (it works fine for 9/10hrs whitout the need to charge it in between !)
