It really helped us navigate Japan as we were heavily reliant on google maps. My daughter was also able to be connected to watch her shows while on the long train rides. You definitely need to charge it overnight though as we had some long days of touristy things and it would be low by the days end.

Everything was super easy from picking up, to usage, to returning! No issues what so ever! Going to be using again in the future!

Used this for about 2 weeks while I was waiting for internet to be setup in my apartment. Arrived relatively quickly to my address, and the return process was simple and straightforward. Internet speed was sufficient for some light video streaming and gaming, although speeds seemed to drastically throttle when multitasking which is expected for this kind of device.

It was quite easy to connect our two iPhones to the wireless Japan device. The connection continued to function perfectly during our trip through Japan. Thanks for this convenience.

Based on reviews and comparissons to other wi-fi options, we decided to use pocket wi-fi. It worked great on our trip around Japan. Would recomend.
