Picked up the device when I landed in Narita airport super easy and quick.
Had it on from day one and dropped it at the mailbox on the way to the airport in my last day. Except for a very few spots very fast and reliable and the battery and extra are gonna last you the whole day . Light weight and very compact that can fit anywhere
Def highly recommend and much faster and more convenient than eSIM

It's nice to always have wifi available and the device is roughly the size of the average mans wallet. My only complaints are the battery life could have been longer (although an extra battery pack was provided so this wasn't a big issue) and it would sometimes randomly lose connection, happened 3 or 4 times a day on average but only for a few minutes while it reconnected.

Fantastic WiFi connection all over Japan! Very impressed with delivery to the hotel and have the portable WiFi, spare battery, charging cord and plug, all in a cute pouch to keep everything together, waiting for me when I checked in. A prepaid envelope is included and drop off the the airport is most convenient. 200% recommended. Will use this service again next visit.

A brilliant device that lasted all day with only a charge overnight being required. Even worked on the subway. Wod definately recommend
