Rented for a week during in Japan and it worked flawlessly. I rented a business service for streaming and all my families were using it streaming without any problems everywhere we go. Loved it. I would recommend to my friends and would rent it again.

First of all, pocket wifi is easy to use, reliable, signal is great.
Convenient in picking up the item (I pickup my unit at a counter in New Chitose airport) and returning is very simple (dropping the parcel, pre-filled up mail, at any postbox around the city)

I really recommend this service. Will definitely use this again once I visit Japan in the future.

I loved using my Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. Compared to previous years, I never had to charge my pocket WiFi during the day with the portable charger. The battery held the charge while I was out, and I only had to charge it at night! This was very convenient. Also, the WiFi was waiting for me at my hotel. I will definitely order Japan wireless WiFi again!
