Absolutely fabulous facility and service provided. I have now used this system twice on two different trips to Japan. Both were seamless and perfect. Easy pickup and drop off. Both times I was opposites ends of Japan, had full service at all times.

Having a pocket wifi device handy made things so much easier during my stay in Tokyo. I definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Japan, I'm definitely going to use this service again and recommend my friends to do the same!

Great product works very well

Worked well and arrived at our hotel on time and was easy to return. With the additional battery we ran it all day with no loss of connection.
