The signal of the WiFi is good depending on the location but overall , it’s good. However, the reason Iam with this company is the customer service provided to its customers. Very professional, if you have an issue, they will reply right away. So Iam very happy with this company .

I really enjoyed using the pocket wifi. It's very affordable when travelling with your partner and you have no intention of splitting up. I never had an issue with wifi even underground in the subways. I would 100% rent from Japan Wireless the next time I go to Japan

The set for the wifi and power bank worked perfectly. Duration of both was really good and picking/delivery process was really easy.

Excellent service, easy to pick up and drop off at the airport terminal.
Internet from everywhere during my stay, in stores, in the basement, in the metro, the battery lasts well all day and evening.

Pick up and setup were easy. Strong connection all over Tokyo (4g). Device lasted all day and they even provided a spare battery pack. Dropped it off in a mailbox on our way home.

Worked awesome. I use this every time I go to Japan and will continue to do so.
