It never failed on any occasion. It was trusty, while we drove and navigated through tunnels, mountains, hairpin turns, valleys, hiking trails etc. You name it.
It comes with a back-up battery, which was handy indeed.
No interruption in usage. 👍

Consigliato per tutti i visitatori che si recano in Giappone e non hanno tempo e modo di acquistare una SIM locale. Molto meglio di una e-sim.

System an tech worked well for us throughout our travels

So easy! Delivered to my hotel and we dropped it off at the post box and the airport. No issues with it at all and the backup battery pack came in hand for our mobiles more so than the wifi unit! But nice to know we had backup ! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for our trip to Japan for 17 days in Oct/Nov 2024. It was delivered to our hotel as requested. The set up instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I did have a question about using the Flight mode setting and emailed their customer service. They replied promptly with the answer. We had two mobiles connected to it and had no issues at all for the duration of our trip. Up to 5 devices can be connected to the pocket wifi. We used it constantly throughout each day and it did not run out of battery even though a back up power bank was supplied with the pocket wifi. We charged it each night. We had great connection wherever went sightseeing, in malls, on trains and ferries. It is much easier to use and stay connected rather than trying to rely of public free wifi which is not as secure. At the end of our trip we put it into the envelope provided and mailed it back to them when we were at the airport ready to leave. We highly recommend the Japan Wireless pocket wifi to anyone travelling to Japan with another person or a group.
