The pocket wifi was easy to use and the wifi connection was stable. They were responsive and change the charger the next day when I mentioned to them that I was having issues with the charger. I will definitely rent from them.

Good WIFI while we have stayed in Japan

I used Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi during my trip to Japan, and it worked flawlessly in all three cities I visited—Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. First of all no problems at all, sometimes even better internet connection than in homeland. Was surprised.
