Could not recommend Japan wireless more!! We was worried about getting a reliable WIFI box but it was so easy. We picked up the package from Haneda airport, and within seconds we were connected and able to use maps. The connection didn’t drop once in the 2 weeks that we was there, we used it for maps, google translate, and more. The price was fantastic too. Dropping off was simple, straight into a postbox when we was departing that day. 100% use Japan wireless if it’s your first visit!

Was an invaluable resource while travelling as a family. Speeds unfortunately were slower than expected. However still more than enough for a family of 4. Would definitely recommend this product for families.

Impeccable service. Picked up at the airport and returned in a post box. Use in September 2023 was limited by the speeds offered. This time in january 2025, the internet speeds were perfect for the same locations throughout my stay. No unpleasant surprises for the whole service. Perfect, I can only recommend based on my experience.

Easy to claim and easy to return. Works well anywhere in Japan. Everytime I go to Japan I purchase their rental wifi. Had no problems using the device and lasts the whole day.
