It was such a good experience to arrive late in the day at our first hotel and get the package handed out.

The battery lasted all day long for the most part, and for the times it needed a little more juice, the portable charger that it comes with was very handy! It was also very handy to use to charge up my phone as well! Highly recommend this! There were some finicky moments where I had to restart the device to get the internet to work, but it worked again right after!

I hired this WiFi router for my holiday in Japan in late march. It proved very useful. I would recommend them!

We traveled for 12 days as a group and it was my first time using a pocket wifi. It was an excellent choice to share wifi connecting with a group. The device was easy to use and with additional charger provided gave us a peace of mind to keep connected awhile separated in a reachable distance. The process of receiving and returning was very easy via mail. We will definitely use this service again if we travel to Japan again.

We have used Japan Wireless on both our trips to Japan. It is easy to operate even for a couple i their seventies!
The wifi speed was good (better than the hotel's when I tried that) and it is so convenient to use as you travel around during the day.
We wouldn't travel without it.
