Premium pocket wi-fi work flawless during 3 week trip to Japan, always had good service, would use again on next visit.

I'm a repeat user of Japan Wireless. The pocket wi-fi is waiting at my hotel on arrival & I drop it in the Japan Post box at departure. Super easy & reliable.

Excellent Services and Coverage

Used the wifi while travelling for work. Had it delivered to my hotel and it was there when I arrived. Drop off at Narita before immigration.

The connectivity never let me down and the battery life was enough for a full day of activity, before even using the back up battery.

Everything worked as described.Package was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival.Easy instruction,operation and return.Fully charged power bank included but unit battery lasted all day so though it provided peace of mind,never needed to use it. Always connected to internet even while hiking in countryside.Definitely recommend
