Easy to pick up and drop off. Service was really good all time. We were able to connect 5 devices at the same time with great internet speed. Recommended!!

Worked very well during our trip. Quick and easy pickup and use, with no issues. Never ran into any network issues -- we didn't notice any slow downs or dead spots. When we were done, dropping it off was quick and easy with the prepaid envelope you get when picking up the device.

You need 24/7 access to internet when travelling in Japan. Portable wifi did the trick and never failed or jammed. Must purchase!

We are so happy with it. The pick-up and drop off went very easy. The pocket wifi Works excellent. Connected 4 device total. The battery lasted long. I will probably using the same when we back again in Japan.
