The wifi was really easy to set up and use. The battery lasted most of the day, so having the back up battery was nice. Returning was simple and included pictures pointing out which drop box to use.

I had a great experience with this Japan WiFi service. It was reliable, easy to use, and provided a stable connection throughout my trip. Easy peasy, pick up was a breeze, worked well throughout our trip and we just dropped it in a post box outside our hotel as we were leaving! Will definitely use again next time!

Loved the pocket wifi for our week long trip, easy to pickup and drop off. Worked great for using 2 phones on it and battery life was better than stated. Would get this again if we come back!
