I have ordered this pocket WiFi hot spot from Japan Wireless half a dozen times. The signal is strong, the battery long-lasting, and they continually upgrade their devices. Delivery is always on time, and the return could not be easier. It even arrives with a charged power bank! I'm very pleased.

The device supported us always with the necessary WLAN for navigation or information through many different locations across Japan. Even in a deep forest on top of a mountain the device provided a stable connection.

The service was all the time contactable via email and send us a new device in less than 24 h after our broke.
