Device sent to my hotel before I check in. Speed is stable and extra battery is a bonus. I usually plug in the extra battery after 5 to 6 hours of use and it will last for the rest of the day. Good connection speed in Tokyo, Hakone, Fujisawa and even Skywalk!! Overall very satisfied.

My husband I think it was one of the aspects of the trip that made it so Great. We had access to the internet at all times no matter where we were and with the extra charger we were easily able to navigate our way around the country and keep our friends and family up-to-date on our wonderful experiences. Easy to use and we had a great signal in Tokyo, Osaka, & Kyoto. Was at the hotel already by the time we got there for easy collection. We struggled a little to find a PO box to post it back but got there in the end.
