Renting the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless was excellent. I ordered it at home, and it was shipped to our hotel, waiting for us on arrival. It worked great throughout our trip, and it was very easy to mail back to the company in the provided envelope. I highly recommend this service to other travelers.

This was my first time to Japan and I was very impressed with how easy it was to use this. Instructions for pick up, use, and drop off were very simple and easy to follow.

There was plenty of information provided both before and during the trip, including clear instructions on how to return the equipment at the airport. It was easy to activate, and the internet connection remained stable throughout my time in Tokyo and Kyoto.

Pic up at the airport was a breeze, the equipment was all there and charged up and ready to turned before I left the airport. This is was my second time using Japan Wireless. Worked exactly as desired. Multiple users are able to join the WiFi for access to calls and the internet. Plenty of speed. Would definitely use them again for travel to Japan. They make it very easy.

Worked well through our travels throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Osaka, Tokyo and beyond. Good speed, all 3 members in our family trip used their phones, laptops etc without issue. Pickup and drop off were very easy with clear instructions. We will definitely use again when we return to Japan.

It was super easy to use

I picked up when I landed. Set it up in less than 10 minutes. It worked well throughout our trip. Really good value for the cost especially when you find a coupon code. The device itself can last most of the day but they provide you a power bank which came in handy a couple of times. Return went smoothly as well. They included the return envelope and everything. You have to return to a red post box and lucky for us, there was one right where we were dropped off on the airport! So I was able to easily dropped it off. They confirmed that they received it within hours. Very smooth. Highly recommended!
