Service was excellent. Device arrived at hotel as described and was really easy to set up. Popped it in the postbox at the airport before leaving. Couldn’t have been easier.

A real five-star gem for performance. Battery life also good. Even though I carried a spare battery, only had to use it once or twice during an entire month.

I used the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for a month throughout Japan. I had it delivered the same day as I ordered it to my hotel. The concierge had the package for me upon my arrival. I had no connectivity issues or problems during my stay.

Using the portable wifi with google maps made getting around in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto a snap. Highly recommended for all travelers to Japan.
