We use Japan Wireless every time we travel to Japan. We love in addition to the wifi that it comes with a battery pack for charging on the go. Delivery was seamless as well. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

fEverything has been easy as described and even more. The wi-fi worked perfectly, we always had a good connection in 99% of the places we visited: Tokyo, Nakasendo trail, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Koyasa, Hiroshima. The battery worked fine and the power bank included helped us to arrive at the end of the day (sometime we have been 16 hours without possibility of recharging). Great experience, thanks.

The device arrived in time to the indicated post office and was very straight forward to pick up. Its operation is simple, it has a decent battery life and is mostly reliable. There have been some rare occasions on which the connection drops, but it recovers quickly. Speed varies depending on location but it's generally good for streaming video on multiple devices, as well as video conferencing. I'm pretty happy with the service

I am so glad I did a little research before my trip to Tokyo on May. I literally ordered this the day before my flight and they miraculously had the portable WiFi unit waiting for me at my hotel. It was very easy to setup and connect to. I used it throughout my visit then dropped it in the mail at my hotel on my way to the cruise terminal. It couldn't have been easier and absolutely worth the small expense
